"I want to start by saying I genuinely love this brand - I've purchased from them many times and have always been impressed. That's exactly why this review was hard to write. This ring was meant to mark my 33-day consecration, one of the most meaningful devotional commitments I've made, and I had high hopes. The ring is dainty, but like, almost too dainty if that makes any sense lol. The design details like the lily etching and the Ite ad Joseph inscription on the interior band, are so lightly done that I could barely make them out even when the ring was new. I'm someone who loves gold jewelry and is pretty particular about it, so I noticed immediately the cheap quality, which leads me to my biggest concern. After about six weeks of daily wear, the gold has already faded and the silver base is visible underneath. I wear jewelry every day and know that some wear is expected, but gold-filled jewelry is not meant to fade this quickly, especially for a ring intended to be worn daily as a symbol of consecration. It now looks more like gold-plated than gold-filled ): I share this not to discourage devotion to this brand, but because a consecration ring is a deeply personal purchase and I'd want someone else to know before buying. If you're looking for a lasting keepsake to commemorate your consecration, I'd recommend reaching out to the brand directly about the materials, or considering a solid gold alternative. I'm hopeful the brand will take note…the meaning behind this piece deserves quality that holds up!"
