The listing advertised a surrender novena booklet with the bag, which wasn't included. My fiancée prays this novena every day, so it was a key part of her birthday gift. I was surprised and disappointed that it wasn’t in her gift when she opened it. When I reached out to try and have one sent to me the seller sent a PDF, suggesting that I print it myself. When I asked for the physical booklet that should have been included initially, they ghosted me. False advertising and dismissive customer service. I wouldn’t expect the seller to make it right if something is missing from your order. Don’t expect the promised surrender novena."
